Q: I am unable to save a product I created. Why is the save option not available?
A: The Save option will not be available until all important fields have been filled out. To save a new product, you must at a minimum set the following:
- Product Name
- Sub Group
- Brand
- VAT Rate
- Sales Price
For items like repairs, where costs and stock levels may vary, consider these additional settings:
- Zero Stocked and Zero Cost Price: Useful for services or non-stock items.
- Variable Sales Price: Enable this if the price of an item will vary. When enabled, you will also need to set a minimum and maximum price range.
