Q: How do I edit the content of the automatic statement and resend it to my customers?
A: You can edit the content of your automatic statement by updating the message in your settings. If you need to resend the statements with the new message, you can do so using the bundles feature.
To edit the automatic statement message:
- Navigate to Settings, then Advanced, and select Emails & Receipts.
- In the statement message field, overwrite the existing content with your new message.
- Click Save. This will ensure all future automatic statements sent each month contain the updated message.
To resend statements with the new message:
- Go to the Customers screen in Xpos.
- From the options above the customer details, click Add all to Bundle.
- Click Open Bundle.
- Select Send Statements.
- Edit the Email Body to include the new message you want to send.
- Click Send Statement.
This will immediately resend a statement to each customer in the bundle, featuring your updated message.
