Here's how to resolve the issue:
- Trust the sender: Ask the user to select the "Trust Sender" or a similar option for emails coming from Xpos.
- Add to safe senders list: Advise them to add the email address xpos@mg.xpos.co.uk to their safe senders list.
If these steps don't work, the voucher can still be redeemed. A unique Voucher reference number is displayed below the image space. This reference can be manually typed into the Check Voucher field on the sales screen.
