A: The "Reverse a Sale" function is used to process refunds, exchanges, or correct errors. To use it:
- Find the completed transaction in the sales listing screen.
- Select the transaction and tap "Reverse Sale."
- Choose your name from the staff list.
- If the customer is making an exchange, add the new products to the sale.
- Press "Pay."
- You will be asked if the items are going back into stock. Tap "Yes" for items being restocked, or "No" if they are faulty.
- Select the payment type for any refund that is due.
- Finalize the reversed sale.
