1. On the XAP Pro app, select Create Stocktake.
2. Choose the items you want to include (e.g., the whole shop, a specific group, or a category).
3. Go to the Details tab and give your stocktake a name.
4. Change the Share with other users option from "No" to Yes.
5. Press Save and begin the stocktake.
