Q: How do I print labels for products or deliveries in Xpos?

A: You can print labels in Xpos from either the Stock Control screen or the Products screen.

Printing from Stock Control (for a delivery)

1. Navigate to the Stock Control screen.
2. Select the specific delivery for which you need labels.
3. Click on Print Labels.
4. Choose your desired print layout and preferences, then print.

Printing from the Products Screen (for specific products)

1. Go to the Products screen.
2. Search for and select the product(s) you need labels for.
3. Click on Print Label.
4. Enter the quantity of labels needed.
5. Click Print Labels, choose a layout, and then print.

The system is compatible with both a dedicated label printer and an A4 printer with the correct labels.
