Q: How can a user delete their Xcaddie account?
A: To request the deletion of their Xcaddie account, a user can either ask the shop staff directly or follow these steps within the app:
- Open the Xcaddie app and log in.
- Tap on "My Account."
- On the "My Account" screen, tap on "Update Your Details."
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on "Delete Account."
- Confirm by tapping "Yes" when asked, "Are you sure you want to delete your account?"
This will send a request to the golf shop to remove the user's data and close their account.
