A: The Xapp Pro app allows you to create and carry out a stocktake for your inventory. Here are the steps:

1. Create a Stocktake:
   • Open the Xapp Pro app and tap "Create Stocktake."
   • Select the product group (e.g., "Balls") and specific brands you wish to count.
   • Give the stocktake a name for easy reference later.
   • Tap "Save" and choose to either "Start Stocktake" now or save it to start later.
2. Perform the Count:
   • Start scanning your products. The app will automatically log the quantity.
   • If a product is missing a barcode, you can tap "Select Product," search for it, and then manually add the correct quantity.
   • You can also manually adjust quantities for any item.
3. Review and Send:
   • Once you've counted all your items, tap "Review" to see a list of everything you've counted.
   • If everything looks correct, tap "Send."
4. Complete the Stocktake:
   • The stocktake is now saved but not yet complete. You must go into the Xpos system (not the app) to finalize the stocktake.
