Q: When stocking in a new product the barcode is not recognised
A: This usually happens when the new product hasn't been added to our system's xcodes database yet.
To fix this, you have two options:
- Contact the Xcodes team: Send the product name or style number along with the barcode to xcodes@xpos.co.uk
- Manually create the product: If the product is crested, your best option is to enter it into the system manually. This will save you time and let you get back to making sales faster.
