Q: I can't see a payment type on the sale screen?
A: If a payment type is missing from your sales screen, it likely needs to be enabled for your shop. You must be an Admin user to make this change.
Here's how to enable a payment type:
- Log in as an Admin user.
- Go to Settings > Sales > Payment Rules.
- Find the payment type you want to enable.
- Click the gray circle next to it to turn it into a green checkmark. This will enable the payment option for that shop.
Note: You may also want to repeat this step to enable the payment type for refunds as well.
