Q: Terminal Not Configured?
A: If you're seeing a "Terminal Not Configured" message, there are a few simple steps you can take to get back up and running.
Here's how to clear the message and set up your terminal:
- Go to Settings > Sales > Terminals.
- Find the terminal you're using, click to select it, and then choose Close terminal from the options above the list.
- Next, select your name from the staff list.
- Select the same terminal again, and this time, click Clear current terminal.
- Finally, select the terminal one last time and choose Set as terminal for this device.
You should now be able to return to the sales screen and start making sales.
