Q: I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

A: Resetting your password is a straightforward process that will get you back into your account. Here's how to do it:

1. Click the Sign In button.
2. On the sign-in page, look for the "Forgot your password?" link, which is located in blue text just below the password field. Click it.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click to send a verification code.
4. Open your email and find the message with the verification code.
5. Enter the code you received into the designated field.
6. You can now create a new password. Once you've set it, you can sign in to your account.
