Q: I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
A: Resetting your password is a straightforward process that will get you back into your account. Here's how to do it:
- Click the Sign In button.
- On the sign-in page, look for the "Forgot your password?" link, which is located in blue text just below the password field. Click it.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click to send a verification code.
- Open your email and find the message with the verification code.
- Enter the code you received into the designated field.
- You can now create a new password. Once you've set it, you can sign in to your account.
If you get a message saying you are not a part of a shop when you sign in, please speak with your head professional. They will be able to assist you with your account.
