Q: I'm having trouble locating a Voucher?

A: There are multiple ways you can locate a voucher inside Xpos Cloud, it all depends on the information you have to find it. 

If you're having trouble locating a voucher, there are a few simple ways to find it, depending on what information you have.

If you have the voucher handy, the easiest way is to use your barcode scanner. You can scan the voucher directly in several places. For example, to use it as a form of payment, just select Voucher on the sales screen and scan the voucher's barcode.

If you don't have the physical voucher, you can use other details to find it, like the reference, balance, or the date it was sold.

1. Navigate to the Voucher Sales & Redemptions report found in Reports >  Vouchers & 3rd Party Payments.
2. Use the information you have to find the voucher on the report.
3. Once you have located the voucher on the report, click the blue link Voucher Code. This will take you to a new page.
4. Copy the full voucher code from this page.
5. Go to the sales screen, select Voucher as the payment method, and paste the code into the search box.
