Socket Mobile Scanner to Work with Xapp Pro on Android and iPhone Devices

This article contains the steps required to pair your Socket Mobile scanner with an Android or iPhone device

Required:

• Socket Mobile Scanner
• iPhone or Android device
• Xapp Pro app

Configure scanner to work with Android or iPhone

1. If the scanner is previously linked to a different device and it is available, please access it's bluetooth settings and forget the scanner (e.g. Socket S700 [xxxxxx])
2. Scan the following barcode, the scanner will beep several times and power off

3. Power the Socket Mobile scanner back on

4. Scan the following barcode with the scanner, the scanner will beep several times and power off

   5. Power the scanner back on and scan the following barcode

 6. Pair the scanner with your Android or iPhone device
