- Filter by Debit: In the Account section, click -£ to filter for customers with a debit balance.

- Add to Bundle: Once the list of customers appears, add them to a new bundle.
- Send Statement: Open the bundle, select "Send Statement," and create the email subject and body.
- Save: Click Save to send the statements.
Note: If balances do not appear after filtering, you may need to go to Column edit, untick and then re-tick the Customer Balance option, and click save to refresh the data.
