A: You can set a "Sale Complete Action" for your terminal to streamline the sales process, especially when there's a queue of customers. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Sales > Terminals.
- Select your terminal from the list and click Edit.
- Under the "Sale Complete Action" heading, choose one of the three options:
- Ask: This option will prompt the staff member to choose between starting a new sale or returning to the sales screen.
- Return to Sales Screen: This will automatically take you back to the sales screen, where you can then select a staff member to begin a new sale.
- Start New Sale: This will automatically start a new sale with the same staff member.
- Once you've chosen your preferred option, click Save.
