Q: How do I create a voucher type in Xpos?
A: You can create and customize different voucher types within Xpos by following these steps:
- Navigate to Vouchers: Go to Settings > Products > Vouchers.
- Add Voucher: Click on "Add Voucher".

Choose Voucher Type: Select one of the following:
- Email: Sends a personalized email with a scannable barcode.
- Pre-printed (Numbered): For use with your own physical, pre-numbered vouchers.
- Receipt: Prints a voucher with a scannable barcode from your receipt printer.
- Enter Details: Fill in the voucher details, including a unique name, optional image, terms and conditions, and expiry date.
- Set Price: Choose either a Fixed Price or a Variable Sales Price that allows staff to set the value at the point of sale. You can also set a minimum and maximum price for variable vouchers.
- Save: Click Save to create the voucher. The system will prompt you to check payment rules, where you can deselect companies if the voucher should not be used for their products.
