A: To create a new user account for staff or club members to access the Xapp Pro app, follow these steps:
- Head to settings, then staff, staff again, then press the green button labeled + Add Staff
- Create a new staff member with their details, make sure an email address is added
- They then Go to the Sign-In Page: From the Xpos home screen, tap the user icon in the top-right corner, then tap "Sign In."
- Sign Up: Tap "Sign up now."
- Enter Email: Enter the user's email address, making sure it matches the one in Xpos.
- Verify Code: Tap "Send verification code," then retrieve and enter the code sent to that email address.
- Create Password: Enter and confirm a new password, then tap "Create."
The user now has a new account and can log in to Xpos and the Xapp Pro app.
