Q: How do I stock in a product or delivery in Xpos?
A: You can stock in new products or a delivery using the "Scan Stock In" feature in Xpos. Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Navigate to Stock Control: From the Xpos home screen, select the "Stock Control" section.
- Scan Stock In: Tap on "Scan Stock In."
- Add Products: Scan the product's barcode or search for it by name.
- Enter Details: Enter the quantity, and adjust the cost and selling price as needed. You can also add delivery references or notes.

Save or Complete: You have three options:
- Discard: To cancel the process.
- Save: To save the delivery as a "layaway" for later completion.
- Complete: To finalize the stock-in process.
- Update Prices: If you complete the process and the prices are specific to this delivery, make sure to untick the "Update price changes" option when prompted.
Note: You can only edit or delete deliveries that have been "saved" (layaway). Completed deliveries cannot be changed.
