A: The account transfer feature in Xpos allows you to transfer a balance from one customer's account to another. Here are the steps:
- Start the Transfer: Tap on "Account Transfer."
- Select Staff: Choose the staff member performing the transfer.
- Select 'Transfer From' Customer: Tap "Select," search for the customer you want to transfer the funds from, and then tap "Confirm."
- Select 'Transfer To' Customer: Tap "Add" under "Transfer To," search for the customer you want to transfer the funds to, and then tap "Confirm." You can add multiple "Transfer To" customers if needed.
- Enter Values: Input the transfer amount for each customer in the provided box. You can also add notes with any additional details.
- Complete the Transfer: Tap "Transfer" and select "Yes" to finalize the process.
