How to show staff members in the XCaddie App
In XCaddie you may wish to add additional staff member details under the "My Pro Shop" section. To add additional staff this guide will outline how to do this.
1. Go to XPOS Cloud > Settings > Staff > Staff > Select the staff member you would like to appear in the Xcaddie My Pro Shop section and click Edit.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and enable the checkbox called "Show in Xcaddie".
Don't forget to add Job Title and Qualifications if applicable.
3. Optional - You can add your unique ProAgenda link here by adding the weblink to the Lesson Booking URL field.
The ProAgendaID field is optional but if you are unsure about your GUID. Please contact ProAgenda to confirm this number.
4. Optional - You can also include a staff members photo if you scroll back to the top of the staff edit screen. On the left hand side you will have an option to click Browse where you can add a photo.
5. When you have updated the staff member don't forget to press the green Save Button.
6. Go into XCaddie > My Pro Shop and you can now see the staff member has been included
Note: The more staff members you have set up like this, you can press the arrows either side of the portrait to switch between staff members.
