Upgrading from Xpos Caddie to Xcaddie

Step 1. (only necessary if you are upgrading from Xpos Caddie to Xcaddie. If you are a new user go straight to the next step 2)

The first time you customers log into the Xpos Caddie app following your Pro Shops migration to the new Xpos cloud platform you will be presented with the message in the screenshot below that your Golf Shop has been updated, this will promot to upgrade the app to our new Xcaddie app. To update simply click on the 'Download' button, and you will be taken to the new app in the Apple or Android app store.

Step 2.

Simply Install the new Xcaddie app from the app store

Step 3.

When Xcaddie is opened for the first time you will need to click the 'Sign in' button

Step 4.

The next screen will advise that if you are a New User you should select "Sign up now" at the next screen. All customers that are updating from Xpos Caddie to Xcaddie app, will be a New User the first time they login, previous account details are not copied across to the new Xcaddie app.

Step 5.

The following screen is advising this will use Microsoft business to customer login services, click Continue.

Step 6.

At the next screen click on on Sign up now

Step 7.

Enter the email address used in Xpos then click on 'Send Verification Code' this will send a 6 digit code to the email address that has been entered. If this does not arrive please check spam and junk folders.

Step 8.

Enter the 6 digit  Verification Code as shown below and click Verify Code

Step 9.

When 'Verify code' is pressed a message should confirm the email address has been verified as shown in the screenshot below.

You should now enter the password you wish to use twice, the password must meet the following requirements.

- be between 8 and 64 characters long

-contain at least 3 of the following

- a lowercase letter

- an upper case letter

- a digit

- a symbol

Then click on Create

You will now be logged into the app and can browse your Xcaddie store, and check their shop balances.

It would be a good idea at this point to also uninstall the old Xpos Caddie app, since it is no longer required and will prompt you to update again if you open the wrong app.
