Deleting an Xcaddie Account

Your data in XCaddie is controlled by your local golf shop.  If you would like them to remove your data and close your account, you can make a request in XCaddie by following the steps below.  Alternatively ask the shop staff directly.

1. Open Xcaddie app and login, tap on "My Account"
2. In the "My Account" screen tap on "Update Your Details"
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on "Delete Account"
4. Tap "Yes" to the question "Are you sure you want to delete your account?"
5. A request will be sent to your golf shop.
