How to add or Remove Products from Shopify
Adding new products or product ranges to Shopify is managed through the Products section in Xpos.
- Go to Products and make sure you’re in Range View
(If the button says Variant View, you’re already in the right place.)
2. Use the search bar to find the product you want to add to Shopify
3. Tick the checkbox next to the product, then click Edit.
4. Open the Web tab.
From here, you can choose:
- to show the entire product range on Shopify, or
- only specific variants from the range.
If you want to charge a different price online (and Xpos has been setup for this) , you can enter a Web Price on this screen.
If no Web Price is entered, Shopify will default to use the normal Sales Price.
Viewing Products in Shopify
Once a product has been added to Shopify, you can quickly view it online from Xpos:
- Click the eye icon under View in Shopify to open the specific variant in Shopify.
- Click Show in Shopify to view the entire product range in Shopify.
Removing Products from Shopify
To remove a product from sale on Shopify:
- In Xpos, simply untick the Shopify checkbox for the product.
- This will automatically set the product’s status in Shopify to Archived.
