Xeft Account by Link

Xeft Account by Link enables shops to email customer statements that include both a clickable link and a QR code, allowing customers to conveniently make payments into their account. To use this feature, your shop must be using our integrated Xeft payment solution."

Requirements

To use this feature, ensure the following:

• Xeft card payments are enabled.
• The customer has a valid email address.
• Xeft Pay by Link is setup.

Statements emailed to customers will now include a link and QR code that will allow the customer to make a payment directly into their shop account.

End user Experience

1. Click on the link or scan the QR code in the statement

2. Open payments in browser and select account and amount to pay

   

   3. Enter card information

   

   4. Payment successful
