How to set up a Log Me In session

1. Open up any web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer etc.)

2. ​go to logmein123.com , you should see the following screen:

3. You will need to input the 6 Digit Pin Provided by the Support Team.

4. When you have entered the Pin, click "Start Download".

5. You should now see a Download option appear in your Browser called "Support-LogMeInRescue.exe". You will need to Click "Open File".

NOTE: If you don't see this appear automatically you will need to click on the 3 Dots found in your web browser and find the Downloads folder.

6. ​​Next you will see a screen appear (see image below for reference) which will say "User Account Control (UAC) is enabled on this PC. Please click OK to allow Rescue to elevate your session".

7. You will eventually see another box appear (Screenshot for reference below) which in summary states "X would like to perform one or more actions on this computer, including the following:" You will see a list and more text. This box only appears for 30 seconds so you will need to Click "OK" to allow us to view your screen and assist further. 

Once the steps above have been completed we can view your screen. If you have any difficulty with any of these points, please ask and we can further advise what would need to be done.
