This article contains the steps required to pair the HW-6400 scanner with an iPhone or Android device, you can then easily stock in new products, or stock take existing products.

• HW-6400 Scanner
• iOS or Android device

Configure your Bluetooth scanner to work with either iPhone or Android

1. Push the Orange button to ensure scanner is powered on.

2. Hold the Orange button for 8-10 seconds until it beeps twice, a flashing blue LED means it is in pairing mode.

3. Pair with your iOS or Android device, a solid blue LED means it has paired.

How do I open the keyboard to manually add stock quantities or change pricing?

To bring up the keyboard for entering quantities and prices, double press the Orange button.

My scanner beeps constantly when holding down the button?

This indicates low battery. Charge the battery with the cable provided until fully charged (green light).

I cannot pair the scanner with my phone?

The most common reason for this Is that the scanner Is paired to another phone, disable Bluetooth on any other devices that have used the scanner, and try pairing again.
